Sell Your Work at Dandy Things!
Dandy Things is a retail store looking for YOUR unique toys, clothing,
costumes, jewelry, and other handmade or art related products to sell! We do all of the work, and you keep 60% of your earnings!
This is a great way to get known! We at Dandy Things strive to promote independent artists. Not only are we offering storefront space, but online space as well. By Joining Dandy Things, you automatically receive an online profile where we will list more of your items to sell!
Here is How It Works!
To Join Dandy Things we must first approve your work. It must be either handmade by you or designed by you. (If it's manufactured, as long as it's your product, we'll accept it.) We are looking for unique, fun, and interesting work that would appeal to children and the young at heart.
Step Two:
If we accept your work you must pay an introductory membership fee of $75 and fill out our contract. (A $55 Membership Renewal Fee is due each year on the anniversary of each artist's signing date.)
Step Three:
Fill out an inventory sheet and ship or drop it off with your items!
We Will Contact You:
By the 5th of each month you should receive an e-mail reporting your sales for the previous month. Please be patient and only e-mail us if the 5th has passed and you have not heard from us. Your check for prior month's sales will be mailed out by the 15th of each month. Again, please be patient and only contact us if the 15th has passed and you have not received your check.
If your inventory starts to run low and we decide we want more of your work in the store, we will contact you to let you know. You are welcome to come in and check your items at any time during store hours. But if you will be needing any assistance please contact us by phone or e-mail ahead of time so we will know to be expecting you. This way we will be best prepared for your visit.
